St Valentine’s Day and love

The theme about  love is one of the most popular themes. I will spare you the explanation what love really is, and when we feel the true love. Love for me is something beautiful and it is essential for me, too. Due to the  Valentine’s Day that is in coming this  Sunday, I must express my feelings and thoughts about it.

Saint Valentine’s Day nowadays has become an advertising opportunity. Where is the meaning of true love? Once this day was representing  the day to celebrate and cherrish  love, but nowadays it has all changed. The advertising industry finds the Valentine’s Day an opportunity to sell things that we do not really need. I really hate that merchants have ruined all the festivities. With advertising they want to save their “asses” but with that they make us forget about the things that are relevant.

So my point is if you love someone, you must show her/him all the time you are together and not just one day with buying a gift.

What is better?

Being fat or being thin? It depends from person to person. Nowadays this theme is often discussed. Advertisements, TV and magazines has provoked that a lot of people think that if you are thin is being beautiful at the same time. But that is not always true. If you have “perfect” measures you can wear what you want, but this does not mean you are satisfied with your figure. It is always something that bothers us on our body. The wish to be perfect does not disappear so easily and that often leads to anorexia and bulimia. But even being too fat is not good for our health. This problem is also spread around the world. A lot of people eat to much and do not exercise enough to burn the calories they ate. The fast way of living has also introduced us fast food that is the main reason some people are obese. My personal opinion is the only goal must be to care about our health. No money can pay to get health back. So we must try to live our lives healthier than we do now.
