Vacations with pay for broken hearted people

Yes, I imagine you did not expect this exists, but it does. A company in Shanghai understands the fact broken hearted people cannot work normally. I find this awesome. That a company permits you to go on vacations with pay,  with the goal to clear things out in your heart. I think the policy of the company is amazing. When someone hurts or feelings, we cannot work, because we reflect on other things rather than on work. There should be more companies which would permit such policy.This should be introduced even at the faculties all over the world
